Reina has been an integral part of DOBI Real Estate since its inception in 2018, playing a key role in shaping the company’s growth, culture, and brand. As the Director of Business Development and Marketing, she leads DOBI’s recruiting, marketing, and agent development efforts — driving initiatives that strengthen the brokerage’s position as a leader in the real estate industry.
